- First of all make a habit to drink plenty of water. Try to keep your body hydrated with 8-10 glasses of water. It will regulate your metabolism and purify your body. It will also help you to control your weight.
- Follow a regular sleep schedule. Don’t skip valuable sleep time and stay awaking late nights. It can result in insomnia and other psychological disorders. Develop habit to take proper sleep time for alertness for full day to minimize stress and anxiety.
- Never think that skipping breakfast will lose your weight. It will weaken your metabolism. Good breakfast should include egg, milk, oatmeal or toast etc. You will feel healthy during the day with good breakfast.
- All food with no nutritional value is rated as junk food that is very harmful for health and fitness. You can’t perform anything productive with this junk (unhealthy) food. Try to eat healthy diet rich in iron, proteins and other nutrients.
